Illegal demonstrations outside the homes of justices continue as the Supreme Court Marshalls ask for Maryland and Virginia to do what the federal government won’t: enforce the law.
Two final decisions: Remain in Mexico and EPA
Remain in Mexico was a Trump era policy. Court held Biden could eliminate it. Bad idea and we’ll see an even bigger surge at the border. But it’s constitutional.
SCOTUS clipped the wings of the EPA in going after existing coal plants. First shot at an overreaching executive branch agency. Let’s cover how this is supposed to work… AGAIN!
